“ the food was good! I got the tiramisu croffle which was newly introduced & my friend got a matcha fluffy pancake (i forgot the name). I'm a fan of matcha and tiramisu in general so combining it with the pancakes and croffle was absolutely fantastic. and the staff are incredibly nice too! I had planned a mini birthday surprise for a friend who really wanted to go to Fluffy Fluffy and I've requested them to make a happy birthday on the plate & they asked me if I wanted to play her favourite song when she enters. Also gave us a free sample of the tiramisu cake thing they had and I went back to buy one for myself !! when I left my lipstick there (which they kept & I'm thankful cause I just bought it) ”

“ I can’t believe that the fluffy pancake I had in Japan is now in Liverpool. I went to Liverpool last week and saw this pancake shop, so I didn’t hesitate to give it a try. The texture of the pancake was so light and fluffy as its name. Also not sweet, can eat it continuously. The staffs were so nice and friendly. Before we went to the shop, my friend and I thought we gonna order one for share because we were quite full with the dinner. But we decided to order for another one because we really enjoyed having it. We recommend strawberry pancake if you like it a bit sour or if you also like sweet flavor, you can also order strawberry and nutella. I highly recommend if you prefer not too sweet and light dessert after your meal. ”
